Pay is 94 cents for all miles. Fuel surcharge is paid based on DOE average, no fuel surcharge reimbursement on empty miles.

All new and existing drivers are eligible for this pay package.

• 70% gross trip revenue for on time service on the pick-up and delivery
• 60% gross trip revenue if not on time for pick-up and delivery
• Paid 70% / 60% of all accessorials (stop pay, driver unload) and fuel surcharge from the customer. DOES NOT INCLUDE DETENTION OR LUMPERS.
• Contractor shall be paid for Celadon designated empty miles (equipment moves only, not deadhead miles under load dispatch) at the rate of $.94 per mile without fuel surcharge
• No PrePass+ toll transponder, but option to receive normal PrePass for scales which would be taken out of your paycheck in installments.

When assigned to a load driver will receive notice of the pay for that load via Qualcomm. If we do not have a rate in place driver will see an average rate for that lane and adjust once billed.

• Pay is based on sliding mileage band as outlined below (loaded miles only).
• Loads exceeding 40,000 pounds will slide into the sliding scale weight column.
•All empty miles are paid at 94 cents – no fuel reimbursement on empty miles.
• Fuel surcharge will be paid based on DOE average.

Note: If the weight is not captured prior to the load being delivered, payroll will default to the non 40k pay scale.
